View All News Woodburn Leaf Pickup End Date Woodburn Leaf Pickup End Date: The City of Woodburn will discontinue leaf pickup for the season on December 18th. If you are within the City limits and you have leaves past this date, feel free to drop them off at the compost site on Tile Mill Road just east of State Road 101.
