The Woodburn Community Clothing Bank began in November of 2008 with a mission of "People Helping People". This public service is currently run from Phoenix Manor, previously Woodburn Elementary, located at 23005 Woodburn Road, under door entrance # 2. Woodburn Boy Scout Troop 323

Woodburn Boy Scout Troop 323 meets every Tuesday evening from 6:30-7:30 PM at Woodburn United Methodist Church on Becker Rd.(behind the Main Street Oasis). Weekly meetings are held during the school year. Troop 323 was formed in 2001 and has produced three Eagle Scouts since its formation.
