View All News WOODBURN CITY HALL WILL REOPEN MONDAY, JANUARY 19TH – LIMITED HOURS Limited hours will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 10 AM to 3 PM until further notice. Residents may continue to pay their bills online at www.cityofwoodburn.org or deposit payments in the drop box located on the east side of the City Hall building. Payments may also be mailed to: Woodburn Utilities, P.O. Box 655, Woodburn, IN 46797 All late fees will be waived for upcoming bills due on January 15, 2026. Emails and voicemail messages will be monitored, and all concerns will be addressed as promptly as possible.
